Pay: $24.03 (No Per Diem)
Location: Juno Beach – Onsite working 5 days a week
Under direct supervision, provides full account management support to business, commercial, industrial, national, and/or government customers. Handles customer requests and complaints and interfaces with vendor partners and management to resolve. Customer support and resolution includes high exposure, escalated calls such as executive level complaints, calls from the media, attorneys, and or issues escalated to the Public Service Commission (PSC). Perform other customer support tasks such as claims processing and resolution, contractor invoices, enrollment, billing, fulfillment, etc.
