In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent. You’ll own everything from sourcing and screening to closing candidates—all while creating a positive, seamless experience for everyone involved.
Targeting a recruiter that has a strong background in recruiting for technical (IT) positions.
What You’ll Do
Lead full-cycle recruiting for mid-level roles, from intake to offer
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective sourcing strategies
Identify and engage top talent through advanced sourcing techniques—Boolean, social media, networking, and creative outreach
Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles
Screen candidates for both skills and culture fit
Facilitate structured interviews and support consistent hiring decisions
Negotiate offers aligned with compensation benchmarks and candidate expectations
Contribute to diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruitment practices
Support employer branding through compelling job postings and social presence
What You Bring
Bachelor’s Degree
Prior experience, ideally at agency and corporate
Passion for sourcing and a proven ability to find and engage hard-to-reach talent
Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and peers
Experience with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems)
Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
Commitment to delivering great experiences for candidates and stakeholders alike
