This position involves assessing, designing, developing, integrating, and troubleshooting technology to support business processes. This role provides technical or functional guidance to project or work teams across various disciplines. This position is responsible for the reliability, performance, security, and continuity of IT systems, ensuring excellent technical support services are provided. Key responsibilities include implementing and configuring SAP application enhancements, identifying opportunities to leverage SAP functionality for improved business processes and delivering end-user support. The role requires collaboration with project managers, ERP Managers, IT teams, and business representatives to stay informed of operational issues, initiatives, and strategies impacting SAP.
A strong background in SAP Industry Standard for Utilities (ISU) is essential, particularly in Functional Financial (FICA) or Billing configuration. Hands-on experience in leading FICA or Billing projects and providing innovative solutions is required for successful project delivery.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, implement, maintain, integrate, customize, and enhance existing or new systems.
- Apply appropriate Agile methodologies, system development lifecycles, tools, and technology for managing development activities.
- Automate the handoff of code releases from development to operations (DevOps).
- Participate in change management and service ticket management processes, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective resolution monitoring.
- Lead projects when required and develop a strong understanding of the solutions being
- Understand ISU Financial, Billing, and Invoicing processes and backend job
- Comprehend the treatment of payments and balances within the
- Ensure user satisfaction by providing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of complex issues.

Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate / GED
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 6+ years of relevant experience
