UI/UX Product Designer –18892

Duration: 9/30/26

Location: Juno Beach, FL

Responsibilities:
o Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that clearly illustrate the functionality and look of the product.
o Organize and conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve design iterations.
o Design aesthetically pleasing and intuitive interfaces that facilitate excellent user experiences.
o Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design systems.
o Create and manage design assets including icons, buttons, and other UI elements.
o Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of the design is true to the vision.
o Translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive user experiences.

• Collaboration:
o Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business and technical requirements.
o Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers.
o Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the team and the broader organization.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions
o Ability to present and explain design solutions to stakeholders.

• Continuous Improvement:
o Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
o Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and efficiency.

Requirements:
o Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
o Proven experience (3+ years) in UX and UI design, preferably with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
o Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. (Figma preferred)
o Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
o Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
o Ability to create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
o Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
o Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
o Experience with Design Systems
o Familiar with Agile methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience in the energy or technology sectors is a plus.
o Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to communicate effectively with developers.
o Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
