Administrative Assistant – 18943
Duration: 4/17/26 (2-month assignment)

Personnel in this role provide assistance to the FPL/NEE Access Authorization / Fitness for Duty department during outage in-processing. Primary duty is drug testing collections (breathalyzer and urinalysis). Additional duties may include but are not limited to: fingerprinting, proctoring psychological exams, validating government-issued identification, reviewing Personal History Questionnaires, data entry, and communication with personnel during processing activities. This role ensures that all documentation is completed to meet Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), company, and client requirements. This position is a Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm, forty hours a week schedule. Any off-hours or overtime would be on a voluntary, as-needed basis. The position is a temporary assignment with definitive start and end dates. Individuals are expected to adhere to and perform all work in accordance with site and client approved safety procedures. Candidate must be able to successfully complete the nuclear clearance process and Fitness for Duty training and remain fit for duty.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: 0 – 5 years of experience providing administrative support, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing reports.
