Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Is responsible for the direction, analysis and continuous improvement of the following disciplines:
-Timely and effective PC hardware and software asset management processes and delivery.
-On-time and successful completion of IT Operations’ audit deliverables
-Coordination of Performance & Capacity Planning Health Check reviews and action item completion with Business Unit points of contact.
-Workstation patching, compliance and vulnerability reduction.
-System and Configuration Item (CI) transition to operations (TTO)
-Incident Management / Major Incident Management
-Problem Management – root cause analyses and continuous improvement in system reliability
-Works with monitoring engineers to continuously improve issue prediction and detection, as well as incident avoidance and automated response.
-Driving effective utilization of IT Operations’ Jira Issue and Risk repositories to prioritize work and achieve positive outcomes.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.

Relevant Experience: 11-15 years of experience managing enterprise IT environments, system architecture, and infrastructure security.
