“Prepares and analyzes daily P-6 work schedules to optimize equipment availability and manpower usage; recommends appropriate modifications. Publishes daily work schedules and monitors progress. Documents schedule problems, maintains statistics and performs trend analysis. Acts as liaison with engineering department and/or vendors to coordinate activities. Is responsible for the development of computerized critical-path schedules for day-to-day maintenance activities as well as for refueling and maintenance outages. May provide guidance to nonexempt employees as assigned. This is a career-level exempt position (full competency). Qualifications: 6 – 10 years technical experience preferably in a nuclear facility in Engineering, Maintenance, or Operations AND AS degree in Engineering or related physical science preferred. Prior relevant military experience may be considered as equivalent. Relevant Experience: Independently leads maintenance scheduling and trend analysis activities. Responsibilities: Prepares, publishes, and monitors daily schedules for refueling outages and day-to-day maintenance; performs root cause analysis for schedule problems. Other: Completion of a Maintenance Trade apprenticeship program preferred. Must be knowledgeable of computer software programs such as Microsoft Office, Online scheduling applications, Work management processes”
