Overview

The Senior IT Project/Program Manager provides formalized leadership, direction, and oversight to assigned project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology initiatives. This role is responsible for employee development, coaching, performance management, and ensuring projects effectively support enterprise business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

– Provide ongoing leadership and direction to project teams.

– Plan and oversee IT projects impacting multiple business units.

– Coordinate technology initiatives with business partners.

– Develop project work plans, schedules, estimates, and status reports.

– Monitor budgets, risks, scope, and timelines.

– Manage stakeholder relationships and executive-level communication.

– Improve IT governance processes.

– Utilize JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Azure DevOps.

– Lead M365 implementations.

– Work with Smartsheet, Power BI, Maximo; integrate data using DataMesh & Data Shuttle.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience: 6–10 years leading IT projects, cross-functional teams, and technical implementations.
