GeneratorWestinghouse released a short video last week of the VC Summer steam generators journey from the port of Charleston, SC to the site of two Westinghouse AP1000 nuclear reactors at VC Summer in Jenkinsville.

The steam generator weighs around 1.4 million pounds and was the largest shipment Westinghouse had ever made. They began planning for this transport 5 years ago, it arrived in December from South Korea and started the train journey on January 1st arriving at the site on January 4th.
