The Florence Veterans Village, located in Florence, SC, is one of the most unique homes in the nation. The facility boasts 104 all-private beds, expansive living areas, more care hours per resident, and exceptional accommodations, making it an outstanding place to work and live.
Recently the Masonic Service Association of North America visited the Veterans Village, presenting a portrait of George Washington, a fomer Mason, and a check for $3000.
The Masonic Service Association was represented by R. W. Ebbie Hodges, Association Chairman for South Carolina and R.W. Gary T. James, Assocation Committeeman for the Florence Area. Also in the visiting committee were Benji Byers, Bobby Fisher, and GTTSi’s Chief Technical Consultant, Sid Crouch.
The Florence Veterans Village opened in September 2021. It is a modern testimony of our tradition of caring for the citizens who have served our country.
