American Electric Power Company (AEP) has named their new CEO – Julie Sloat.  She will take over from Nick Akins on January 1, 2023

Entergy’s CEO Leo Denault will step down as CEO on November 1, 2022.  The current CFO – Drew Marsh – will take over as their new CEO.

Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) will bring in Pablo Vegas as their new CEO on October 1, 2022.

John Ketchum took over as CEO from Jim Robo at NextEra, back in March 2022.

Ralph LaRossa (left) took over as CEO from Ralph Izzo (right) at PSE&G (Public Service Electric & Gas) on September 1, 2022.

Tom Fanning plans to stepdown as CEO for Southern Company by the end of 2022.  No replacement has been named.

Xcel’s President and COO – Robert Frenzel – took over for CEO – Benjamin Fowke – in August 2022.
