As we look forward to 2015 and all the possibilities before us, let me reflect on a few things you accomplished in 2014.

 
In 2014:
We provided quality training services throughout the industry for Initial License Training, Licensed Operator Requalification Training, Basic Operator Training, and Generic Fundamentals. Outside of the operations arena, we provided quality training services for Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, and I&C Maintenance. Within the Transmission and Delivery (T&D) sector of the industry, GTTSi went around the country working with ISO Groups to develop and improve Human Performance skills and work with various T&D Safety Groups to hone these skills and focus their attention to detail.

 
Our employees temporarily filled Upper Management positions while the utility searched and interviewed for a permanent fit. GTTSi worked with Procedure Groups not only in support of the Fukushima changes but also with the normal and abnormal day-to-day procedure requirements of the plants.

 
In Engineering, we supported plant and simulator modifications and design changes to ensure the day-to-day operational needs were supported, as well as events outside of the original plant design basis – that can challenge all our resources – lessons learned from the Fukushima event of March 11, 2011.
We designed a new website, took on Facebook, and added a new staff member to help us better communicate and serve your needs.

 
Since many new faces were added this year we would like to solicit your help. Please send us a picture with a description (1 page) about yourself, family and/or hobbies, and your current job duties. We will use this information to post your picture and description in our newsletter. In years past, this has been most helpful to your teammates and also as an introduction for future clients.
