 The presentation was dedicated to ALL employees who have suffered disabling injuries on the job and to the MEMORY of those employees who have died in the workplace.  Did you know that eleven men died during the Deep-Water Horizon Oil Spill Event?

 During the presentation hazard recognition and risk analysis were utilized to demonstrate their value in error prevention and the possible prevention of an event or disaster.  Ask yourself this question ………What are we doing, THAT WE HAVE ALWAYS DONE, that is no longer an acceptable risk?  The ANSWER ………  is a good STARTING POINT for YOU to begin YOUR personal accident prevention analysis.
